Dalton has a diverse business leadership background, & many personal experiences that compliment our extremely rugged entrepreneurial environment. He was with Seven Hills to complete the renovation phase in 2015, and has led the business through start up woes, to hands-on production, purchasing, sales, business development & much more.

Today, he is responsible for developing & driving our strategic growth strategy, & ensuring that the company’s values are embedded throughout the organization.

Dalton is very active and hands-on in daily operations with his team. Be sure to ask him what it was like before we had ANY customers, cattle, employees or equipment!

My sole determination is to see Seven Hills recognized as the industry leader within our market. I am blessed with an incredibly strong and talented team, and we will accomplish many great things together. We will push the limits of what is possible, and never remain stagnant. I want my team to set the bar for innovative, out of the box thinking, and rapid execution, challenging industry norms at every turn.
— Dalton

One of Dalton’s most notable projects began in 2024. As cattle prices rose to unprecedented levels, Dalton spearheaded a major initiative - his vision was to tie manufactures from across the eastern region together under one formal partnership. The goal was to turn Seven Hills into a destination for farmers both big and small to send cattle to - allowing them to gain access to everything, from beef jerky and skin care, to leather products, even pet food made with their own cattle.

The strategy was so effective that it attracted the famous Biltmore Estate - the largest privately owned estate in America, still owned and operated by the Vanderbilt family. Through our partnerships, we launched a leather collection for the estate, made with their very own cattle hides! Watch the video to learn more.
