We have the highest slaughter capacity of any independent facility in Virginia. Our facility is USDA inspected.
We work with a wide range of producers, from direct marketers bringing in just a few animals, to larger operations with pot-loads and trailers full of animals.
Our fabrication area regularly handles cuts from full primals to portioned steaks and ground beef. All products are vacuum sealed and we have the capability to package at a high retail-quality level with professionally designed labels.
